I've been fascinated by creating images for a very long time. I remember really getting into photography about age 12, when my Dad brought home our 1st ever digital camera. I used to mess around in the garden trying to get dramatic photographs of grass, leaves, water... anything. I just found it amazing that you could create art from the most un assuming objects.

After a year in Australia, and a spell in Peru with my camera, I was hooked on portraiture. It was all about people for me and it still is to this day. I just love capturing real moments, or the true essence of a person. Or creating an image that conveys how that person wants to be viewed. It's brilliant and never gets old.

I got my 1st paid gig while working at The West Briton newspaper as an image scanner and photo editor. I used to pop upstairs to bug the editor, seeing if he needed any photographers. Before I knew it I was knee deep in village shows and cheque presentations. Eventually I went freelance and have been luckily enough to build up an awesome variety of clients over the past 15 years.
